If we’re unable to find & contact the agreed practices in your search area and complete the search, we’ll refund your £30 fee. We do not guarantee an NHS place, but we do guarantee the search work.
How long does the process take?
We usually complete searches within 3–5 business days. We’ll email you once your search is complete with a summary of the practices contacted and the outcome from each one.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
